These Terms govern your use of the Horror Quiz Activity (the “Service”). By launching or participating, you agree to these Terms and Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Access & Eligibility

• You must meet Discord’s minimum age and your server’s rules/age gate.
• We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the Service at any time.

Gameplay

• Don’t cheat, harass, spam, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• We may rate-limit or block abusive behavior to keep rounds fair.

Content & IP

• The Service includes original UI and code owned by the developer. All movie names, quotes, audio, and images are property of their respective owners and are used for trivia/identification purposes.
• Do not upload or distribute content you don’t have rights to.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed USD $50.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
